What information does UpLift collect?

All personal information will be kept confidential and maintained in HIPAA (The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliant platforms.

(2) Information that we collect automatically. When you visit our Site, we automatically log information about you and your computer. For example, we log information about your computer such as your operating system type, browser type, browser language, and information about your use of and actions on our Site to include access times and how much time you spent on a page. IP addresses may also be used to identify the location of users as the Site is intended for users based in the United States.

Cookies: We may log information using “cookies.” Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive by a website. We may use both session cookies (these expire once you close your web browser), and persistent cookies (these stay on your computer until you delete them). Cookies allow us to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our Site. Children’s Information.

This website is not intended to provide services or products to persons under the age of 13 without the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian. If you are under the age of 13, you may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are either at least 13 years of age, or are using the services offered by this website with the supervision and involvement of a parent or guardian 13 years of age or older. “Children” is defined in the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and for purposes of this Privacy Policy, means persons under the age of 13. We do not knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without prior parental consent.
